Shipping & Delivery policy

We deliver across all of Bangladesh using our trusted third-party courier partners, Pathao and Steadfast. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 7 days. If your order is delayed beyond this, feel free to contact us for updates.

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  1. Inside Dhaka city: Delivery within 1 working day

  2. Sub-Dhaka areas (surrounding Dhaka): Delivery within 2–3 working days

  3. Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 working days

We provide home delivery across Bangladesh through our courier partners.

Please note:

  1. We only process one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders with separate payments.

  2. Check delivery availability for your desired location before ordering.

 

Shipping Charges

At MEHRAJ, we aim to deliver your products as swiftly and reliably as possible.

Charges:

  1. Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 (Cash on Delivery available)

  2. Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 (Advance payment required)
