Return & Refund Policy

Upon receiving your product from MEHRAJ, please make sure to check it thoroughly while the delivery agent is still present. Review the product’s condition, quality, and verify it matches your order. If you notice any damage, defect, or mismatch, inform the delivery person right away. Accepting the product without objection at the time of delivery will be considered as your confirmation, and in such cases, return or exchange will no longer be applicable.

If an incorrect item is delivered, you must report it immediately in front of the delivery agent. We will gladly arrange a replacement, provided the product remains unused and the original seal is unbroken. Once the delivery person has left, we will not be able to entertain any complaints regarding that order.

 
Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, ensuring your order reaches you on time with care and accuracy.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after careful inspection of the returned product.
Replacements depend on stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued—no questions asked.

Please note:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  2. If you chose COD, there is no refund unless you’ve made a payment.

  3. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, your refund will be issued to the same account.

  4. If an online payment is accidentally made twice, the excess amount will be refunded.

  5. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please email us at info@mehraj.com.com and we’ll investigate promptly.

 

Exchange policy

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the manufacturing seal intact. Exchange is subject to stock availability. Please contact our customer service team to confirm product availability. All exchange-related charges will be borne by the customer.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from us. If you wish to cancel, you must do so during this call. Once you confirm the order over the phone, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  1. You can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  2. To request cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible

  3. If the order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet, we will cancel it and issue a refund according to our refund policy.

  4. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may refuse to accept the delivery. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and cancellation charges.

  5. MEHRAJ reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If this happens, we will inform you and process your refund as per our refund policy.
